Coffee is OK and the spot itself is lovely but service was bad. I visited on a Thursday (mid morning) and waited more than 15mins for a single takeaway coffee. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait. The two people on the coffee machine were chatting and working slowly. Disappointing.

Coffee takes a while on a busy Sunday morning with beautiful weather, but the staff member apologised for the delay which is appreciated! Nice spot with gorgeous beach views

Wife's 1/4 shot skinny flat white was spot on, so happy wife happy life. Daughter's lactose free flat white was okay only because her old-man" forgot to ask for 1sugar... Sorry Moonie. However the "old-man's" long black w' no sugar was excellent. Such is life. Looks like they have a great choice of cakes and pastries as well as 'cold' drinks too

Doggie heaven! A great spot to stop for coffee after walking along the new boardwalk from Brighton. Busy but plenty of seating

Nice coffee but not nearly hot enough. Twice we have ordered extra hot coffee here and it's still too cold.. Use a thermometer people - 65 degrees is a minimum! Feeling the temperature of the milk jug with you hand is not working!! I shouldn't be able to chug my coffee in one swig..
