Dishonest thieves. Took a rental through this company at the peak of covid. Place was an absolute dump but the price was fine. When moving out they witheld bond payment for prior tennant damage and acknowledge that the condition report created by them was incorrect, that they were aware of existing issues and did nothing to act on it.Do not rent through these guys.

Since appointing Rodi Realty as the managing agent for our townhouse 12 months ago, my wife and I could not have had a better experience, thanks to Rodi Realty’s Property Manager, Su Ngo.Given her 30+ years of experience, she has been able to draw on this wealth of experience to handle all aspects of managing our property ( screening tenants, handling strata insurance claims, taking care of repairs, etc) expertly, promptly and efficiently.Notwithstanding her extensive experience, Su is a nice, professional, hardworking, meticulous and reliable person who shoots straight and whom my wife and I can trust.

They customer service is below 1 star we rented with them for 9 years always asking us to pay extra and when they is a fault or problems it takes absolutely ages to get rapairs they took our bond for no reason and took us twice to the tribunal for apparently non payment" they the worst of the worst in real estate agent in Sydney avoid at all costs"

Su Su has been an outstanding property manager. She never fails to communicate and always provides updates in a timely manner. I continue to look forward to working with her in the longterm future.

Su Su is top for Rodi Realty. When my unit has any plumbing, electrical, rental issues. Su will be organised and advise us within 5 minutes and got things done. She is genuine, friendly, caring with a positive and can do attitude towards anyone.

I have excellent experience with Su Su, she manage my properties. She has well knowledge and experience in all fields included plumbing, dealing with Strata Management. She give me professional suggestion or help. It's great to have someone like Su who understand and mediates for both parties.Thanks again Su Su and her team.

This's such a bad experience from your realestate business I’ve ever had.I've done my jobs by paying all the required deposit and bond for a week ago and have raised my requests on the first day of my inspection, and it's requested before my application lodgement and approval, not after, and you guys had confirmed with me of my requests. And now almost 2 weeks later, you just informed me that you can't make it with the lease. You do NOT take responsibility of your job for the tenant but your client, the homeowner. Your business deserves a poor review ever.
