I am still in awe by the way in which I was dealt with by Customer Service Relations Manager Tim this morning. Last week I arranged with Lyn, over the phone, for my car to be assessed for some prospective auto electrical work. I was mindful they were booked out until May, but they were happy for my car to be dropped off this morning, to be assessed at some stage over the course of the day, which I was grateful for. From the moment I walked in the door to drop off my car and keys, I felt as though I was imposing, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to was gruff and rude, making me feel totally under valued as a customer. Definitely not the happy, smiling face as per the photo on the website. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Tim came highly recommended and I was very happy with the care and service! It can be intimidating going to a new place when you know nothing about cars but Tim took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to find the best solution. Went here to have my dashcam (front and rear) with an external battery hardwired install. Installation was very neat and tidy with cables and the dashcam with its parking radar sensor nicely hidden from driver’s view. I gave a 4/5 stars as it was a good install but not a perfect one. I did notice a scratch on the inside of the passenger side A pillar, about 5cm and one of the boot cable grommet does not seem to fit flush as it used to. But I suppose some of these might be inevitable as opening and putting things back they never go back perfectly as it used to. Was a bit sad to find the scratch though.Update 19/06: Just like to provide an update that I went back with my concerns regarding the rubber grommet and they had replaced the grommet with a new one free of charge and now it is fixed.

I had excellent service with Belair Road Auto's auto electrician, who was not only friendly but also adept at solving problems. They efficiently resolved my battery terminal corrosion issue and repaired and replaced any necessary parts. My 2012 vehicle feels better than new. I highly recommend their services!
