the owner of this spa is completely and utterly rude !!! she does not care for any of her clients.I inquired about a few things and all I got back in response was nothing but utter rudeness this is a massage business be professional towards your guests don't be so rude and arrogant....!being a massage therapist myself her service was appalling and her staff are rude just like the owner id advise to go somewhere where they treat you with respect.

Had a fabulous massage with Sasha here. I'd requested more of a deep tissue / sports massage and he delivered and really knew his stuff. Lovelyrelaxing environment too. Highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed treatments here (mine a facial and his a massage) and just loved it.Lovely premises, professional therapists, great way to spend a few relaxing hours if you're Sorrento side.

Came here to celebrate our engagement. The team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We enjoyed an hour in the rooftop spa, followed by a couples massage (which was one of the best I’ve experienced) then enjoyed complimentary use of the steam room (Marlo stayed back after closing time to allow us time in there).Service was incredible, definitely something you need when visiting a Spa. Would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves or loved ones. Will be visiting again - Thank you Marlo and team!

I've been going to Marlo Spa for 6 years and have always had a lovely experience whether it be facials, waxing, pedi or massage. The complimentary sauna is a treat after any massage and the staff always do their best to to look after me. I couldn't recommend Marlo and her team highly enough, they are all excellent.

Brynie gave me an one hour massage today. I came feeling quite stiff and sore and walked away feeling very relaxed and more loosened up.Very relaxing ambience. Perfect experience.

This place is a bit of a rip off. I had just a standard shellac manicure which I get all the time in Melbourne for between $40-$50. I was expecting this to be maybe a little more expensive as there are not many nail salons in the area but the total charge was $95. About double what I pay in Melbourne. They also do not soak your hands before pushing back your cuticles which was slightly painful. I advise to get your nails done in Melbourne before heading down.

I have been going to Marlo Spa since moving to the Mornington Peninsula (4 1/2 years) and i have never been so happy with a spa that really delivers on the WHOLE experience. I go there for facials, massages, make up, waxing, nails and more.... even when i have guests from interstate i tell them it is a must to go to Marlo's to get the whole Peninsula relaxation experience. I have met all the girls that work there over the years and found them to be respectful and kind when it comes to dealing with all the services they provide! Well done Marlo, takes a determined business owner (and Mum) to be able to run a successful business but still keep a sense of fun and a personal touch for all your clients!See you next week for more giggles and polish!
