This store is brilliant. We have been customers for several years and the Store Manager Blake is excellent both with customers and Crew. It’s a well oiled machine. Having been a McDonalds manager in the past, I can evaluate the store from experience as well as a customer perspective. The store runs by the QSC values of McDonalds. Quality, service and cleanliness is key to running a good store and they do it well here. Friendly young kids with smiley faces, doing an outstanding job.

Walked in and ordered from the screen. Again this McDonald’s service was slow as most Victorian McDonald’s have been.We asked the brunette barista why is all the service always slow, she said we should’ve gone through drive thru - perhaps that’s why…Wouldn’t recommend coming back because;a) it’s super slow - waiting approx 20 minutesb) our coffees & milk tea were too milky and over poured but our large frozen cola was below the cup sip line - do they ever tap the cup on the counter before they top up more frozen coke or just fill to the top and serve?!

Everytime I go in and ask for my whole order cooked fresh they are always happy too.. Managers are really good to their staff and always treat them with respect especially when they are letting them know how to do a task properly

If I could give service no stars I would.Went today thru drive thru and got to the pick up food window, got no hi and what made it worse was there was no manners from the lady who have us our food.She clearly could not hear us, so instead of saying pardon or excuse me" she went ahead and said "huh". Now I also work in hospitality and that's definitely not how you speak to customers. Not only that but the food in the bag seems like what was thrown into the bag. The fries was practically tipped upside down and out of its packaging.Now I'm not one to complain but tonight's service was just not acceptable."

Best service ever. Nicest employees, they all knew what they were doing in such a busy time. Great food. Couldn’t complain. Every time I come here everything is just perfect.The only thing is how rude all the delivery drivers are to the employees. Shoving their phone in their faces, telling them to hurry up. It makes me feel sorry for the employees.

Sadly never had the greatest experience at this maccas, I usually get a full cream and lactose iced latte and this store always fails to properly give lactose free milk after paying for it. Id finally had enough of my friend experiencing symptoms everytime we went (keep in mind, they’re only moderately lactose intolerant, I cant imagine how bad it’d be if it were more severe) and I decided to call the store and let them know that this was a frequent occurrence. On the phone, they asked if we specifically asked for lactose free, which you obviously do when you pay for lactose free milk. She said we needed to specify that we were lactose intolerant so they could ensure she gets lactose (what?) and that we could leave our name and number with them so we could get lactose in the future (double what.) She also said that we would have never had gotten full cream milk, and that their cafe staff are trained all without ever apologising for making my friend sick. Genuinely some of the worst customer experience for trying to bring to their attention that their making people sick. Wont be coming back to this store when you cant even get what you pay for.

when comparing to more than 30 McDonald's in Melbourne that I already have tried, This branch is in another level.It's Clean and tidy. there is always one or two persons who are cleaning tables, floor, even walls.Food is fresher and the coffee taste and quality is quite different from other branches.

Ordered on Menulog however requested no meat in my cheeseburger as I am vegetarian, order arrived with 2 beef Pattie’s in my burger, very unsatisfied as I double checked my order as it is also not the first time it has happened. Please check what your customers have ordered.

Ordered via Menulog unfortunately the chips was cold tasted like cardboard followed by the nuggets . The filet-O -Fish was a little warm . Chips and nuggets we discarded as it was not edible to cold.
