Ordered a large order for pickup and received the best customer service. The restaurant had misheard me when I ordered Satay Chicken and gave me a pad thai. When I alerted them of this, they specially delivered the satay chicken to my house and provided a refund and drink!I always get my thai fix from this restaurant and I look forward to ordering from here again!

Love their pad see ew and crab fried rice. At one stage I was getting take away from there 3 times a week. So amazingly fresh and always lots of meat.My favourite Thai joint.

Really disappointed. I ordered lao sausages, sticky rice and paw paw salad.The sausages were more the Thai style and so dry and tasteless. The paw paw salad was exactly the same... just incredibly bland and quite expensive..A real shame

Went to the restaurant, ordered chilli basil veg tofu stir fry. But when we opened the box at home for dinner, it's a vegetable fried rice. I called the restaurant to check with them, but they intially said that is correct, I gave you chilli basil stir fry and that is not fried rice. Later she agreed that what they gave was incorrect. They failed to send the replacement item and asking us to bring the fried rice today or after a few days to get replacement items. This is being a freshly made food, how can they ask us to bring the food back within a few days to get replacement? Very bad experience indeed. Never going there again.

Ordered home delivery via Menu Log.Order showed as delivered - they never delivered.Called the restaurant twice, first time they said they'd call back in 10 mins (never did)Second time they left the phone on the table and ignored us following up.Contacted Menu log - they said the driver 'got lost' (even though the marked the order as delivered). The straight up lied and left it to us to follow up with Menu log to get our money back.The food MAY be great (but given they don't seem to be able to deliver WHO KNOWS?), but their customer service is highly unprofessional and garbage.Do NOT order from this place via Menu Log.They won't deliver and they will lie about it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Wanted to try every Thai in the area since we've moved out this way and I was not let down by Nam Thai at Jordan Springs. I ordered in tonight and delivery was before expected time. the Satay Chicken skewers were just lovely and the seafood Pad Thai..OMG the flavours are up there. I will be ordering from here again , next time for the whole family.
