Loved the food and friendly service. We stayed the night in nice clean comfortable rooms with decent air-conditioning. After a long day out in 40 degree heat this place was an oasis!

I purchased an apartment off the plan in Beaini Projects’ most recent development, The Adrian. I was kept up to date throughout the building process and received exactly what was promised to me on completion. The quality of my apartment is impeccable, I’ve had no issues or concerns to raise. Mickey and the team are very reliable and trustworthy - thank you for such a seamless experience. I’m excited to purchase another off the plan apartment in their next development, Glenmore Village.

We recently purchased a property in The Adrian complex at Wentworthville. We were extremely nervous about buying an apartment off the plan after all the horror stories we had seen in the media. I recently purchased an apartment off the plan in Beaini Projects’ development, the Adrian. Not only is the quality of the construction amazing but the personal service offered was incredible. It is great to see that this type of service still exists especially in the building industry which has so much negative media attention. I was a little nervous purchasing off the plan however Beaini Projects delivered my apartment exactly how it was promised. Very trustworthy and reliable company. Highly recommended!

Bought unit off the plan and very happy with the workmanship and build of the unit. Any issues were addressed promptly. Unit is on the top level and have not experienced any roof leaks.
