We had settlement with a Southern River house, whereby the existing owner didn’t necessarily have the house ready for sale very well. Mary Gordon at Sheridans was my settlement representative and managed the issues with high professionalism and compliancy. She understood my best interests and executed the settlement within acceptable timeframes despite the issues arising from existing owner side. I was feeling at peace a week leading to the settlement date. I would strongly recommend Mary to anyone and would also go back to Mary again.
