Never cleaned! Most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Serious health code violation. Order machines don't work and seen people leave few times for not being served. Also the food cold, undercooked and disgusting or missing. They ALWAYS mess up your order because people who work here are lazy, dumb and rude. This Maccas is never cleaned and be careful not being ripped off because they don't give your drinks or burgers. Just go to Hungry Jacks instead. Dangerous place at night so avoid it at all costs

Found this in my mc chicken when I was chewing I felt something weird and turned out to be nail tip , very disappointed and disgusting. I don’t know if this was done on purpose or either the place is so dirty or the staff there don’t wear gloves. Purchased on the 23/05 not sure exact time but it was around 0700. This is serious thing someone could choke and might cause Loss of life because of those ignorant workers .

Staff in this restaurant was very rude , asked me to reverse back from the collection window and pay while I came to collect meal ordered online while I paid before hand . Also unable to put my complaint as no one respond to my concern. Truely disappointing and unprofessional.

Went there today, got handed my meal. First thing that was wrong was my coke was hardly filled, so I handed it back to the blonde skinny worker who was male. Unsure of his name. He said he would fill my coke back up, grabbed it went out to my car only to realise he had filled the rest of my coke up with sparkling water, the coke colour was lighter and I could taste the soda water.

Consistent slow service. You need to check that your orders are complete before leaving the restaurant. It's been third time now that they've missed some items in my order after checking them at home. Our daughter just really like McDonalds, but I would never consider going to this branch if there are other McDonalds branch nearby as an option for us. In my opinion, this has the slowest crew of McDonalds branch that we've ever been to in Melbourne or in New Zealand. You should re-name your branch - McDonalds Slowfood" restaurant Wollert. Definitely by doing this you will live-up to your customers expectation."

Horrible experience, went thru drive thru and was made to wait we parked and we were waiting for a while there were no other cars so we reversed back to the window and our order was ready, god knows how long it was sitting there for! All the staff are so rude and have 0 customer service skills!

Always mess up your order. Never have happy meal toys or books in stock. Place is always dirty with drinks and food all over the floor. Broken equipment in filthy child play area. Workers talk badly about disabled customers in front of other customers. Manager is an airhead with an attitude.
