The shop is always tidy and clean, always stocked up, check out operators on lanes mostly friendly. But the staff that are working in the service desk, are extremely slow in providing service. It's as though the customers are last priority. They will look straight at you and continue to talk amongst each other.

I was visiting Erina woolworths whilst on holidays from Victoria & mention had to be made about one of your checkout operators. He was so pleasant & helpful & made my experience in your store very enjoyable. He is only young & I am sure his name is Tom. Definitely an asset to your store.

The Fresh Garlic not so fresh. I don't buy my garlic from Woolworths anymore. I spoke to the Fruit and Vegetable Manager some time ago about some garlic that I bought and told him it was mouldy. His reply that's because it has been refrigerated""

Nice clean store.Deli had great selection to choose from.Same for fruit and vege area.Only needed a few items.Liked the look of this store.Am visiting from NZ and it’s always good to compare to our stores.

Isles are narrow except for fruit and veg. Suggest they make sure milk deliveries DO NOT get any sun on it. My milk started to tase off a day after purchasing.

Bought prawns for Good Friday, upon serving them, they were absolutely disgusting, some were soft and squishy and alot were very black after taking heads off, I have shopped here for over 20 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed.
