Very welcoming and a relaxing massage at a great price

Staff were very friendly and the venue is pleasant. Located conveniently off the main street in Tanunda.Unfortunately we booked two hot stone massages and they forgot the hot stones until we reminded them.The massage felt frantic and rushed- even before the hot stones. Not to our liking.The worst part was we paid $130 each for 60mins and then saw on their website after we left that most of their massages are around $80 for 60mins.Would not recommend.

Was a bit hesitant given the reviews but there's not much choice in town. Was pleasantly surprised. Komang was very polite and professional. Great massage in the traditional Balinese style. Limited conversation so not sure what that was about. 4 stars based on my experience.

Cheap compared to anything else nearby. $80 for an hour, traditional Bali massage, (try not to stress that it’s $8 IN Bali). However, the owner, who is Balinese and lovely, told us her life story the whole hour. And honestly wasn’t very invested in my massage. My daughter’s masseuse’s hands were shaking the whole time and she didn’t enjoy it at all.

If I could give it a no star rating I honestly would. I wish I had read the other google reviews before going here and it would have saved me the unpleasantness of the whole experience. I can confirm what others have said on here about the talking the whole time during what should be a relaxation massage, not being invested in giving a good quality massage with attention to the strokes and pressure. It felt highly untrained and unprofessional. There was no pressure or fluidity of movements - just very jerky and strange, weak, disjointed ‘techniques’. I stopped my massage after 25 minutes stating I wasn’t happy with it and not enjoying the experience. I was waiting for it to get better. The lady got very angry stating it was me with the problem she has been working for 20 years and firstly I didn’t know what was a Balinese massage was - which I let her know we travel every year to Indonesia and have had many Balinese style massages and second to which I am a qualified masseuse. Which she then claimed to have a qualification in Australia also but when asked to show it did not, stormed out, gave me another mouthful as to it being my fault and left. My husband continued with his lady who chewed his ear out the whole time! Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. A disappointing experience in what should be a relaxing time in the Barossa.

I was a little worried after reading some of the previous reviews, but my experience was fantastic.I booked an hour long massage and it was fabulous, the lady doing the massage was very good and the only time she spoke was at the beginning to make sure the pressure was okay. It was incredibly relaxing, I can't wait for my next visit!

Never answers the phone. I've tried three different days over the last month. Bit unprofessional to me.

Absolutely the worst massage I've ever had. Went for a couples massage and the lady who did mine absolutely was not a massage therapist! She had no idea what she was doing and I caught her seeking prompting from the other lady massaging my partner. She drove to the spa for our massage and left directly after; I dont believe she worked there. $80 per massage and mine basically just rubbed my skin and pulled at all my joints. Legit the worst massage I've ever had and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Went for a couples massage, cucumber facial, mani & petticure.LOVED IT.Came out so relaxed and shiny. If you want to treat yourself and your partner, this is the way to go.Went again 12 months later and was just as good as the first time, will definitely be there again
