Website enquiry sent last Monday with no response, had to follow up with a call on Saturday where i was asked to send an email and the response i got was Thanks i will get this organised." Had to follow up with another call 1pm on Monday to find out when the inspection was going to be and was told it will be done now as had been busy at her other job. Found someone else to do the inspection and emailed to let them know the services were not required. An email was sent from Linda advising she was waiting to hear back from the agent with a follow up email stating Good luck with the other company i chosen. Very unprofessional."

Used these guys for a building inspection for a purchase of a property in the Bathurst area. They were very quick and responsive on getting to the property and gettting the inspection done, which was great. The report came back quick also.However, after moving into the property, we are finding issues that are visible to the naked eye, that wernt listed in the report.We've come across a 3000L water tank that was split and leaking. Half the blinds in the house did not work, such as retract or had broken cords. plus rubbish piles left lying around the house.These issues that non trained person would be able to find. Regardless, wont be using these company again for any work.
