My parcel of Cutch dye was poorly packaged for post and subsequently damaged during transit resulting in loss of the powdered dye.Upon chatting to the team at Fabric of humanity l was promised a replacement via phone, photos of the damage were also emailed to the business. No response or replacement. As a large scale natural dyer of yarn l would not recommend this company.
