Spice Apartments

Three night stay at Spice Appartments as a family reunion party for my 70th birthday was a real delight. The two appartments were well equipped,rooftop pool, even a lift that moved faster than most. And best of all great staff, very kind and helpful.

We want to thank Ben and the staff for all their efforts and support in helping us with our move into the building. They helped us with storage and suggestions on what to do. Recommend them and Spice as a place to stay.

Had a very enjoyable stay at spice apartments! The view from the roof was lovely and would be amazing in the warmer months. The room was fantastic for the price and the location is great, not to far from the city and south bank. I'd definitely stay again

I loved the apartment, the rooftop pool and the location. The apartment was immaculate with beautiful views over the river. However I wouldn't stay here again! I was smoking outside on the kerb, nowhere near the entrance and one of the residents came out of the lobby and verbally abused me. It was horrendous to be honest. She was really threatening and extremely abusive. I wouldn't stay here again purely because of this. I spoke with the manager in the morning and apparently it isn't the first time she has done this. She ruined my weekend if I'm honest. I saw her the next day and felt the need to apologise once again but she was awful towards me. Shame

Had an amazing stay at Spice Apartments over the weekend. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were great. One of the best things was that it was super quiet and relaxing, had the rooftop pool to ourselves! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing time away. So so close to nice cafes and restaurants too :)

Recently have stayed at this hotel originally service was good and prompt. But when arrived into our room it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I wasn’t going to complain about this as the customer service had been okay and we were only staying one night. But we also had booked a two bedroom apartment for four adults and were only given two towels. Also found Band-Aid stuck to the spare blanket provided which obviously hasn’t been washed since last tenant had stayed. Then after leaving the accommodation we have been charged twice for our stay. And with nothing being done pretty much told it’s not their fault and told to speak to our bank which we have done and was told that they definitely have taken it twice on separate occasions. Very unimpressed as still has not been resolved.I wouldn’t recommend this company or hotel.

Perfect spot for our stay. A play in the evening at Bille Brown. A walk along the river to Southbank in the afternoon prior, and in the other direction to West End in the morning. We also walked not far to a bus stop to take us over to China Town. Easy to get anywhere.

Friendly and professional receptionist.Value for money. It has everything you need in an apartment for a few nights to chill out, including a rooftop pool with an awesome view. Everything in walking distance.The train line is opposite building 1 (city view), doesn’t bother us much. Close the doors and you barely notice it.
