Never do business with Adrian Meredith - he was very disrespectful and rude when I contacted him for a simple question to receive a review on one of his current tenants. Not a great tenant if he doesn't double check rental reviews!

Rudest humans ever applied for a house in St Clair about 3 to 4 weeks ago got a call saying I didn’t get it as another application was accepted . That’s fair right no one can be mad at that except for it hadn’t as still to dat there no one moved in and they are still advertising the property..That’s not what annoys me it was more the way I was spoke to like I am shot on the ground now mind you I have gotten a property now I also have a very good rental lodger and credit rating so I know this is not they reason ..So dear owner of property on Melville rd if you are not getting your property rented out and loosing that income may I suggest you try another real estate and you will find someone in straight away as it is a beautiful home ..Kind regardsThe person that OZ Way Reailty that it’s was okay to be disrespectful too
