Great pharmacy, very helpful with assisting ,compassionate and knowledgeable staff, Very happy with the range as opposed to other chemists which don't stock a big variety. Hey Google! This pharmacy is OPEN mon-wednesday, and your browser is telling everybody it isn't!. That's why Microsoft are are taking your shares and ppl.Imo. It's an ongoing problem all over the internet people , please take note!!$$

One of the best pharmacies in QLD, and I have contact with MANY! All staff members go above and beyond expectations every time. Particularly helpful for pensioners, people with disabilities, and those requiring Webster Packs. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and kind, with excellent problem solving skills. Retail staff are friendly and helpful, and always have time to make customers feel welcome and looked after. I'd give six stars if I could.

Since moving all our households scripts here we have had substantial savings from scripts and vitamins also everyday things like toothpaste toiletries and other everyday items.Using the app to order our scripts has been a breeze from day one. Just take a photo from the app and send it with pick up instructions.When have done all your other things like shopping your scripts are ready. You even pay in the app so pick-up is easy.And thanks for the professional service and advice from all of the team members who helped with set up of the app.We leave our scripts here now and get reminded when we need to renew our prescriptions. Works for the whole family.

Love this store so much, the staff (girls I’ve met) are so kind, funny and helpful. They all have such nice warm smiles and give you amazing advice. They are not lazy or grumpy like most are, they are extremely helpful.

Went in at midday to purchase some Metamucil. Three ladies were working behind the counter serving one customer. This lasted for 5-10 minutes, while I just stood there wanting to quickly purchase 1 thing. One of the 3 ladies then served a gentleman who walked in 5 minutes after me, before I decided to leave. Absolute waste of time.

One of the mature staff serving customers had her mask hanging off her ear (when I dropped off my script) not covering her mouth and nose. Very disappointing to see this as she still had it hanging off one ear when I collected the script 10 min later. They should be setting an example.

Customer service was very poor. Waited for ages. The 3 staff left one lady to sort out 2 customers. Computer kept malfunctioning and they couldn't get the forms filled correctly and had to keep redoing them. Wasted 20min for something that should've been 5min.
