Pleasant moderate walk finishable in two hours. Can hear the noise from vehicles on highway all the time. Wet and slippery in rain. Tracks are well marked and maintained.

Good 5km Ish walk. Challenging in parts. Some steep sections. Bring a sandwich to eat at the halfway point near the bridge. Or bring a fishing rod.

Moderate walk, lots of uneven rock steps. Beautiful walk with plenty of shade and wildlife.

Magnificent track to experience the abundance of natural beauty. Start with the waterfalls then progress down to the river bridge crossing. Really great how the NPW have made this track what it is. Steps, handrails, and mini bridges to make the experience better. Not for the young or those first time bush walking. Good level of fitness required as you mount deep down into the gorge. Take water and don’t attempt on a hot day.

So many beautiful things to discover on our bush walk along the Piles Creek Loop Track. Remember to look up when you are out hiking! We saw a couple of people walk straight past hidden gems which were literally right beside the track on the Piles Creek Loop walk on the Central Coast of NSW. Also, depending on the direction you are walking you will always notice different things. Remember to look behind you when you are hiking as you may just miss beautiful and really interesting natural wonders.

Beautiful dynamic track, with a bit of everything. Easy to access and well marked. Hard to get lost. Around 2 hours to finish, very hilly. Suspension bridge was fun.

Gorgeous bushwalk past multiple caves and multiple waterfalls. Piles Creek was so clear we could see huge fish down there. Very lush walk.

Dont worry about getting coins for the ticket machine, the machine accepts cards. The trail was very steep but great view. Fascinating seeing the trucks pass eveery so often on the highway on top of the hill. Took about 1hr 20mins to finish. West side of the creek is very steep.

Great track. Very steep, and a lot of stairs and inclines (my fitbit counted the equivalent of 95 levels of stairs), but worth it for the scenery. Not for the faint hearted, it is a pretty rough walk. Plenty of lookouts, waterfalls, bridges, birds, and sweat. Very muddy after rain.
