I rang up the direct Coates hire line to organise hire on a trailer I tell them where it's going to they said it was ok get there to only find out they cannot leave CBD limits after driving 350km to pick it up to move my new furniture home not worth the hassle couldn't even recommend someone that will hire one outside CBD limits ended up going and buying a new one myself will never even think about hiring something from Coates hire again complete joke of a company

Very poor Service.I hired a chainsaw for $121, for this price I had a temperamental" machine which was stopping working every 30 minutes
