A-SpaHand Car Wash&Detailing

Took my Honda Civic there, which was not muddy or extremely dirty. They quoted me $100 and the cleaning was subpar at best. This happened a month ago but I still feel salty everytime I drive past them. Automated $20 cleaning is better than their $100 work.

Pervious owners were good current owners just take your money. Totally over priced and the job i below what you would expect to be paying for. The worker out cried that the products were exceptional and they went way above what they usually do for the price. To only realise once I almost got charged way more to the price been reduced to $90 because that what I asked for they said I should be paying $145. I drove out of the car wash to only find the windows were all smudged. Dash has grime all over it. Coffee holder was dirty and there was dust still present. The worker has push the low 4wd button and was grinding the tyres trying to turn out of the shed putting strain on the motor. Really bad job never going again worst business.

We bought a Groupon and thought we would try here. They did a fantastic job on my partner’s car and great service.

Double check the pricing at payment time.Asked for basic exterior wash and vacuum.They sneakily tried to charge $80 which was for the polish service which was not requested or required as it was a new car. He even said he didn’t polish.He then reduced it to $65 and then to $60 which was still more than the sign out the front.Average job, windows and mirrors all had streak marks all over.Response to car wash:No I did not ask for bug removal as there was no bugs on the car at all, and I did not ask for boot vacuum.You should kindly check your menu prices, so you aren’t over charging.Don’t lie or I will report you and contact my credit card company. Because ultimately you have overcharged me still, as the price was $55.Note Tesla has Sentry recording cameras at all time with video and audio.

Waste my money and time. Went there for full detailing and told the guy that I'm selling my car so please make sure it looks good. I didn't check it properly when I picked up my car. Then I found that my black car seat had a big white mark and the front of the car is not shiny at all.

They honestly take their time to make sure every part of the car is spick and span. Very through and professional.
