Good shop but terrible customer service!I really feel sad for the owner not knowing how their customers get treated…We rand and asked when a particular item was in stock, we came back 1 week after she said it would be there.The two ladies were complaining to each other in Persian for ten minutes and didn’t even look at me waiting to speak with either one of them and completely ignored me.When I finally got their attention as upset as I was, she told me they still don’t have the item to rush me out the door.Very sad for the business!

The goods and meats etc are good. However the Cashier Lady is absolutely poor performance! Everytime we went there, she was on the phone .. never greet the customers, made multiple mistakes on pricing. Total rude with no eye contact and often threw the receipt to the customers!!! Disgusting behaviour, don’t deserved the job. Please replace her otherwise the customers won’t come back, it’s a shame as your shop is pretty good in variety.

The best lamb quality in Melbourne, without smell and blood. kidney and fatty meat are grilled without any marinating and tastes amazing

Awesome Persian shop, we drive 30 minutes to get here and definitely worth the trip. Great variety of high quality products and excellent meat section. Friendly staff also. Highly recommended

Extremely worst customer service! The lady at the counter literally ignores you and keeps talking on the phone.Seems like someone has forcefully asked her to do this job.Even the prices are high compared to other similar shops around the area.

Very poor customer service . All their meat and items are expensive comparing to other stores. Specially the women in the counter does not respect or treat you well . You have to wait in the counter until she finishes using her phone . Overall this is just a store with poor service and expensive products. Thanks
