Had 5 dogs cremated here our last was 2wks ago the staff are wonderful and compassionate and understanding at one's sad time of loosing a fur baby highly recommended this business

When our little furbaby Jackie passed away, my husband and I went to Pet Heaven NQ to arrange cremation for her remains. We found Cheryl to be very compassionate and and helpful in our time of mourning. Thankyou Cheryl for making a difficult time much easier to bear.

Lost my boy 2 weeks ago, found him dead after I came home from work and my deaf dog with his paw on my Jax, I found that Pet Heaven were fantastic, From Damien that came around to house after 6pm to pick up my Boy, he didn’t rush he left me to go at my ownThen onto Kate who was also very calmly spoken,I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone who does lose one of the fur babiesThank You

I had a very unpleasant experience with Pet Heaven than I would of liked during my grief. Cremation mistake occurred which was very upsetting and we were told it was our mistake on our end which I do not believe is the case. However I can see where the mistake occurred but more care should of be demonstrated before completing the cremation confirmation. For compensation the lady said she would create 3 photo certificates for us for free and that didn't even happen, very disappointing. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate during our family's time of grief. I highly do not recommend. More care and passion should be built into what their company represents.

Poor communication every time I called for an update I had to reconfirm and correct details and after all that they still missed a process I asked for and the urns plaques etc are far lower quality than whats on the website, on top of that it took over 7 weeks from payment to get it finished.

We lost our rescue dog recently due to making the decision to have him euthanized.Pet Heaven NQ were AMAZING ! The staff were helpful, compassionate and very understanding.We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone out there, going through this heartfelt journey

At a difficult time, this company has been awesome at organising the cremation of our girl. They have done a fantastic job with the framed photos and poem, certificates and everything is exactly how we requested. They do really look after you. For those whinging about delays, the ladies explained there would be a delay with receiving the ashes etc which I understand and was notified as soon as they were available for collection. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks again Pet Heaven NQ for such a seamless process.
