Aspire Health and Rehab Exercise Physiology

My experience with Aspire Health and Rehab has been amazing have already seen a massive difference from the help of Kim. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Micky at Aspire health & rehab I have been able to not only recover from some back issues that occurred during pregnancy but I have regained strength & fitness including my pelvic floor after continued mums and bubs classes over the last 6 months.

My experience with Aspire Health and Rehab has been excellent. I was first treated for injury associated with high level sport and this treatment kept me playing hockey at my best each week. I then utilised Aspire Health and Rehab for post natal exercise classes. I had pelvic floor issues linked to an intense labour and their knowledge and treatment was fantastic.

Awesome team, very professional and a knowledgeable. I would recommend Kim and the team to anyone. I was treated by Kim for a lower back injury, very happy with the program to get me fully mobile again.

Kim Chappel from Aspire Health and Rehab has treated and helped me enormously. After 50 years of consistent; intense training there are many complex problems to solve. Kim is a great exercise physiologist and I can't recommend her highly enough.

My experience with Aspire Health and Rehab has been outstanding. I am a TPI Veteran with a chronic back Injury & PTSD for starters. Was with Kim for about 9 months & she knows what's she is doing. Introduced to Micky last year & wasn't too keen but Micky has turned it all around. As I am one of Aspire Healths biggest sooks & hard to manage Micky has Micro managed me to the point that I thought I would never get to. I have lost 25kg in 6 months from just having a routine exercise program as well as a person that I can talk & relate to. Without Micky & Aspire Health I'd still be at home walking in circles taking Meds I do not need & having no interaction with the outside world.
