What was quoted weeks was returned in a matter of days. They couldn't be more helpful, and the first guy who served me was one of the most happiest customer service people I've come across. An asset to your business. They even carried the mower and edger to the car and loaded it in. 5 stars.

Tried to book a ride on mower for service, one shop visit, two phone calls, still waiting after 2 weeks for owner to book it in. Was going to buy a chainsaw as well, but with this sort of service, I've gone elsewhere....sad, your loss, a competitor's gain..

POOR SERVICEI stood in their shop looking at the different types of pressure cleaners they had. After quite sometime and looking around for someone to assist me, because there were 2 of them behind the counter. Nobody came to help. Was going to leave, then an assistant came to finally do his job! (There was only one other customer in the whole shop). But then he had no idea about this product or the difference in general about each of them. Just pointed out the obvious stats that I could see for myself already on the product description. When I asked questions his response was either I don't know

I went into Bunbury Mower Service today to get some advice on a broken part for my boat winch. The guys there not only gave me good advice on how to fix the part they did it for me for free. Top notch service. I know when I need a chainsaw, mower, generator I’ll be shopping here. Well done.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever come across. The 2 woman at front counter are rude and unhelpful. They don’t honour warranties, would give them zero stars if I could.
