Rude, abrupt and absolutely no customer service. Obviously some training needed at their trade desk to look after potential customers. Won't be going back even with two big renovations coming up and will be sure to tell my contacts.

I went in to get a washer for our kitchen tap, had to wait while another person was being attended to, but had plenty of time. When I asked for a washer for the tap, I was given a brand new tap! Top marks for your customer service.

Of the 2 trips I have had here so far I've been very happy. The first time was close to closing time on Saturday to pick up some needed parts. Very knowledgeable and helpful despite giving me the wrong part (not to know, I hadn't measured it before coming). Gave a complete refund on the Monday. Seem very helpful, friendly and a great one stop shop for all your plumbing supplies.
