Went in for a pedicure and underarm wax. I waited for a while but I didn't mind. I didn't mind when the owner made fun of the fact that I didn't want to put any colour on my toes, I even didn't mind when she said to another customer follow me on instagram and she didn't mention anything to me. Pedicure was great, the woman was lovely. I then said to not worry about the underarm wax but the owner insisted she was ready. I lie down and she puts strip wax on me without any baby powder. She starts ripping at my skin so badly that I actually have torn skin in my underarm. She blamed it on my weight and that the hairs were apparently too long". When she moved to the next underarm she actually put baby powder for this one and surprise surprise

Went in with the Mrs while we were waiting for our car to get washed and the staff were very quick to greet us politely and professionally. They listened to what we wanted rather than offering us different things. I got a pedicure and the misso got shellac and a manicure. Workmanship was exceptional and the staff as I mentioned were happy to chat politely while doing their work. Will definitely be back and 100% would recommend! Thank you

Have been here twice now. Made an appointment for two us and was seen to straight away. The owner Hannah (heard her say) Was EXTREMELY friendly and personable. The girl that did my nails was very quick and thorough. The owner even came along and checked everything was ok. A1 SERVICE

I went in here for infils, I wait 9 minutes before someone came and started my nails, when she did she was extremely rude and rough with me. She bumped one of my nails and chipped it and then got angry at me because apparently it was my fault. It’s been 3 hours since my appt and all the shellac on my nails is already peeling off!!! I will never go here again and If you want your nails looking nice I wouldn’t bother with this place!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, so rude.Did my nails and started lifting 2 days later, went back to get them fixed but every time I went in she would tell to come back cuz she was so busy.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THESE GIRLS HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. WENT IN TODAY TO GET A PEDICURE AND INFILLS. HAD I BEEN TOLD AT THE BEGINNING THEY ONLY HAVE TIME TO DO ONE OR THE OTHER , I WOULD OF WENT WITH INFILLS. I HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS FROM DAY 1 AND NEVER EVER WILL I BE GOING BACK THERE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I GOT MY PEDICURE DONE THEN IT WAS NEAR 5PM AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE CLOSING AND CAN NOT DO MY INFILLS, NO TIME, THEY WANT TO GO HOME. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, NO 1 RULE, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER, ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS THE $$$$$$$ AND CASH OFCOURSE! MAYBE AN AUDIT IS IN ORDER FOR THIS PLACE, THEN WE WILL SEE HOW WELL THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND ILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

I went in with my daughter yesterday to have my nails taken off and the owner was extremely rude because I wasn't getting anything else done. She bluntly told us to 'sit down and then I watched other women walk in and be served immediately while we were made to wait. After 20 minutes we left
