Friendly staff and quick service. Waiting area has few high stools which aren't very comfortable.

What a great bunch of Lads. Ian and the team are super friendly and fairly priced and get the job done at the same time. I had a great chuckle with Ian whilst I waited for a puncture to be repaired which made the wait go very quickly. I'll definitely be going there when the time comes to replace my tyres.

Went in, told them what I want, and they delivered. Had an issue with my car computer warning me about needing to pump my tyres which they didn’t warn me about. But overall a good experience. Went to the service station and the tyres didn’t have an issue

I usually donot write reviews much but their appalling service has forced me to. They have all the attributes of the worst company/franchise. They are unapologetic, rude, incompetent bunch. I went there to get my cars tyres changed and service done. The first thing they did is they overcharged me for the tyres and kept arguing with each other rather than apologising for the instance. Also, they kept me waiting all day and at the end of the day mechanic said he need to replace one part and it wouldn’t be fixed, i had to use public transport that day. That part was unprofessional too but i would still accept it and give them a chance. But the next day, i went in to check my car and collect the Car and noticed that they have messed up the ABS sensors and ABS light wasnot going off(but they never mentioned, assuming i will accept it like that) . I escalated the issue and Ian and Steve from the company initially told me they will take care of it, so trusting them i booked the appointment for next to next week. When i went there i found out that they have ordered wrong part ( which they never told me they are ordering) and asked me to book appointment for the following week. Trusting them , i went there again, this tome they told me that i need to $470 to get it fixed after collecting my car keys although they initially told me they will take care of it since it was fault from their end. Steve just told me “ It was just the coincidence that it has happened” which was highly unprofessional. When i said i donot want to proceed they said they have ordered the part (for which they never discussed they will be ordering and never discussed the price /gave me quote) and thus they duped me to pay for that.Never going there in my life and recommend everyone to stay away from these cheats. Worst mechanics i have ever dealt with so far. I wish i could give them negative ratings.

My husband took our daughter's car in for 4 new tyres today for a Mazda 2 GT sedan and could not be happier with the service and the price, well done Blacktown Bridgestone. They fitted the original tyre type from when the car was new which is what we wanted and the promotion of fit 4 and pay for 3 was locked in from when I booked it in late 2022. (We had to wait for the new tyres which were still in transit from the dock/warehouse). Thanks again Blacktown Bridgestone Select. Very friendly staff especially the man working the front office.

Nothing is a problem for these guys, called them at 9am as I blew out 2 tyres on the left hand side of my car, they had one in stock and needed to get another in, said to come in at 3pm and they would fit them for me. Dropped the car off and they fitted them straight away, Steve is great to deal with. He threw in a wheel alignment at no additional cost. I drive away happy and the car drives well. Happy days.....

Very friendly staff. Mechanic Francis explained me on details what’s needed to be done and why. The team is made up of a very good bunch of people.

Great service from Steve and the team, as usual. The new video feature (where they send you a link to a video of recommended repair items) is brilliant! Helps no end to understand the condition of items that are normally out of sight and out of mind, yet so critical to safe driving (brakes, suspension).UPDATE: Again, excellent service today guys! You'll see me again.

Got 4 tyres(one named Turanza) they have great quality, ride is quieter and more comfortable than before.Also got wheel alignment done, First time it was little bit off, then went next morning into the shop and they did amazing job this time.Great service!
