I have dealt with Tom Newman for the past 6 years. Always approachable, helpful, reliable, resourceful and prompt with a response, Tom is everything you want in a Property Manager. Highly recommended.

One of the Rental property managers Tom is super unprofessional, rude and does not have a care factor not to mention he is extremely hard to get in contact with. He left our place for almost six weeks without heating through June which is a serious problem here in Victoria. Nothing again RT Edgar itself as the rest are super professional but just one letting down the team.

We've rented a number of properties through agents in Melbourne and RT Edgar have been by far and away the best. Tom and the team have always been incredibly responsive to any questions or requests, and we'd highly recommend.

We rented unit 102 /1 Wallace Ave early in Jan 2022 and were impressed by the high quality of finishes throughout the building and apartment. The building was immaculate , even in the garages- no stuff from tenants lying around and all neat and tidy and very well maintained. The apartment itself had generous rooms and a large bathroom with a good sized walk in robe and the kitchen had enough packing space for an army. All top quality finishes.There were one or two teething issues as there normally are when one moves into a new apartment and all I can say is thank goodness we had Tom Newman as our agent- once a fault or issue was reported to him it was dealt with immediately, same day, not the next or following day-this type of service in agents is an anomaly and as said one we were most thankful for. Toms feedback was also superb, constant and to the point whilst being polite and respectful.We rent again, I want Tom as our next agent. Top class service ...5 starts and all diamond ones at that!!Great company to do business with. Efficient ( Toms influence at work?) and most professional
