I dropped my husband off for a procedure on Thursday morning at 7am (4/5/23).The receptionist/ book in clerk was rude and unhelpful. I think I would rather go to the public hospital next time.

After spending 3 nights in 2 local public hospitals, coming here was like entering a luxury resort.So quiet, my own room, lovely nurses with time to talk,and listen to you, and good nutritious food.The camaraderie between the staff and the manner in which they speak to patients indicates a happy workplace.

I was recently a day patient at the hospital to undergo a procedure that was quite stressful (to me). The staff from the front desk through all stages of the procedure were professional, courteous and understanding (and occasionally entertaining). A most pleasant and stress free experience.

It’s like I’ve stepped into an alternate universe where ALL of the nurses actually care. They are so wonderful! Friendly as well as extremely competent and always willing to help. And my Doctor, Dr Craig, is absolutely the most fabulous and empathic surgeon I have ever met! This is easily the best hospital experience I’ve ever had!
