- Extremely poor service- Changing case managers all the time- No one takes the responsibility, my mum is without professional cleaner for long time, they always make excuse.- I have asked for carer more than 2 months ago, they are not able to provide carer either.

Case managers are unreliableDon’t get back to you efficientlyYourside has changed and unfortunately not for the betterCancel service for mums care and they don’t have replacements which is shockingNot good enough they take a service fee and not providing the services requiredMaking it so hard just to get a toilet raiser I need an occupational therapist and they take a charge out of mum package …
