A helpline that HELPS!I took out a number of term deposits. And while nothing ever goes completely smoothly, the process was simple and fast for personal term deposits (though more glitchy for SMSF) and when I did run into issues the helpline was very good and even followed things up after I was off the call.I don't have the same compliments for the backroom staff (probably called Compliance) who would not come to the phone and did not help other than to pass back a message to re -apply" with no guidance as to why. They wasted weeks."

I've had Judo term deposits for a few years and their rates are very competitive. It is easy to manage your account and maturity instructions in the online dashboard. Judo don't fill your inbox with unwanted marketing offers, just important information specific to your account. It's a nice touch that they send you a survey following a term deposit reaching maturity to get feedback on how they can improve your user experience.
