Thank you to the team at Frankston Accident Repair Centre. The front desk staff are friendly, personable and helpful. Peter is friendly, honest and answered every question I had in detail. He went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service and quality of work done. Also provided a reasonable quote on the spot for future private works. The car being cleaned for me, was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Will definitely be my first point of call if I need any panel work done in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks team

My insurer booked me in to have my car repaired at this place after an accident I’ve had. The actual repair job was good however I was quite disappointed to find the window mesh that I had on one of the windows for my baby was just thrown into the car and the sticky bit was placed on the mesh which ruined it.I went back after about two weeks because my boot lid lock stopped working and they called Ford to get a price on a new one for me. Connor advised the lock would cost $148 plus $50 for install Which I agreed to and asked that he order the lock.The next day I have been contacted by Peter who advised that Ford made a mistake and sent the lock in to the centre with a different price which was $206 plus the $50 they want for install. He also advised that that would be the only price they could go with as he could not lose $50 and that it was not their problem that Ford mispriced (instead of honouring the fact it is still their problem!)The only other option he offered was to get a secondhand one for me and that it may only be $50 cheaper? Not fair. He could not even confirm how long a secondhand lock would actually last for.I advised Peter that I would call my husband and give him a call back to confirm. I called and spoke to a lady as he was busy with a customer and she too tried to say that they can’t control the pricing. Excuse me but they are the ones getting the quote from their supplier, how can they not control pricing. You do not make this the customers problem and especially when the quote was written down on a card! So I advised that they cancel the entire job as it is not honourable at all

ABSOLUTELY outstanding workmanship and customer service. I cannot thank Peter and all the staff enough. The service doesn't stop at just what needs to be repaired, but also the pride they take in their work, my car come back shiny and new after a detail and clean. I highly recommend these guy's whether through insurance or because you just want quality work needed. Also don't hesitate to ask questions regarding the repairs as they understand not everyone is savvy when it comes to things like this and how much your car means to you. Thank's guy's. Jay

Insurance job sent me here and Peter was really friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They initially missed a tiny part of the scratch but were very happy to make up for it and they clean your car too which is a nice touch. Easy to book in with and in central location right opposite train station.

Not that anyone would ever want to have to visit a panel beater, but considering that I had to get some work done on my car as a result of an incident, I was was directed to Frankston Accident Repair Centre.I must say, the work was top quality, they carried out the repairs to the standard promised and also informed me of the realistic timeline of dealing with the insurance company. The service was carried out on an agreed date and was provided with a courtesy car.The courtesy car will cost you $50 if you do use this option. That said, hope to never have to visit a panel beater, but if you do, this is one to consider

Easy to deal with. Great service and communication. Highly recommend. Dealt with Peter, very helpful. Service like this is hard to come by.
