We built our new house in 2020 (moved in Dec 2020) - we specifically got Stephen from Wet Wall to provide & install our 2 bathrooms (including concrete prep, wet walls, shower bases, floors), Laundry (concrete prep, wet walls & floor), 3 Toilets (wet walls, floor), & Kitchen (wet walls) - basically all our wet areas!Matt was the contractor that Mr Wet Wall used for most of the flooring & wet wall jobs.By April/May 2021 (4-5 months after moving in), we had a few of the wall panels' chrome edging lifting up (outer metallic sticker layer?), & a part of our ensuite flooring & laundry flooring bubbling/lifting up from the concrete base that it's supposed to be glued on. They're not drastic issues but still concerning since it was relatively new. We emailed Stephen to let him know in June 2021, eventually he got back & handballed it to Matt to rectify. After chasing up a FEW times, Matt finally came in Nov 2021 to check it out. He said he will have to get a special glue, & more of the flooring laminate to fix things ups. He never did, despite us following up on it a few times.Thinking that due to the busy building industry & Christmas looming, we'll let them take their time to respond. Did not hear anything back from either Stephen or Matt. Emailed them again in June 2022 (1 year after original email was sent) - no reply. Sent them both another email in August last month - still no reply.So at this stage, we don't have high hopes that they will fix our issues since they're both not even responding to our emails.Very disappointed in Mr Wet Wall's lack of communication & after sales service considering we got them to do a lot of things in our house. And as much as Stephen wanted Matt the contractor to 'fix' the issues, ultimately it's up to Stephen/Mr Wet Wall to make sure Matt (or send someone else?!) to follow through & fix the problems that were highlighted. Totally unprofessional service!Let's see whether they respond after this review.Zoe

It was lovely to go to their Showroom, it was laid out very nicely and the Staff were very helpful
