I came here to get my wedding dress altered. This is a special time for a bride and I wanted it to be done how I wanted it to be done. I found the lady doing the alterations had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her if I wanted something doing. She even told me the dress looked ok as I had bought it and it absolutely did not look ok, my daughter couldn’t believe it and kept telling me to go elsewhere. I wanted cups moving down which she sewed in before seeing if they were in the right place, so they needed to be moved again! The hem she did seems ok but the layers are different lengths and it doesn’t quite look right. She begrudgingly did what I asked and then I decided to go to another person to finish it off as trying to ask her to do something else was too difficult. I would not recommend this service.

Hidden away is this gem of a business. I have used the tailoring and drycleaning services and have always received friendly, quality service in a timely manner.

They have gone above and beyond to help us with jumper alterations, label changes on shirts, even cushion repairs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for making my life easier!

I was quoted $230 for the same service elsewhere, these guys did it for $50. Very well priced, honest and professional. I will never go anywhere else.

Got my motorbike jeans/ pants hemmed yesterday. Theyve done it yesterday, same day as I was in a rush. I have used them for all my clothing alterations whenever I'm in Robina Town Center. Always friendly service and willing to help get my clothing to fit me perfectly, just like my formal dress last year. I highly recommend this clothing alteration shop.

Absolute wizards. My dress had too much fabric and was puffing out weirdly at the back, they altered it to sit flat as it should and it looks beautiful. Very knowledgeable and fairly priced.

The service was terrible here. I had to go back twice for a fitting during an extremely busy period for me business wize. When questioning why I had to return when initially I asked so you got the measurements and it can be done" and the answer at the time was Yes

A bit disappointed with the service I received. I had my dress altered, when I went to collect I tried it on but the dress straps were still too long and my bra strap could still be seen above the dress at the back. She refused to fix it, telling me to adjust my bra straps lower. The bra strap is at that level for a reason - support.I was very taken back and surprised by this comment. I wasn’t told on the day I took the dress in that she couldn’t alter the straps how I needed them. I wore the same bra and she could see how much the bra was showing. I’d paid $75 and what I wanted wasn’t done. Now I need to either buy a different bra or take the dress to another alterations place. Both costing time and money.

Worst service and outcome. They botched an expensive leather skirt beyond repair and offered no apologies or refunds. The older lady was incredibly rude from my first interaction and I would highly recommend avoiding this place
