I was thrilled with the results of my 9year old's expander treatment/braces. Dr Kebsch explained all options thoroughly and was not in a rush to push certain pathways on us. My experience proved Dr Kebsch to be an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable perfectionist who worked with the latest technology ensuring an ideal and time efficient outcome. Dr Kebsch’s problem solving skills and proactive approach resulted in my daughter avoiding teeth extractions to accommodate the growth of her adult teeth. The outcome for both my children is healthy new teeth positioning and perfect respective bites.An additional bonus is Dr Kebsch is an honest, kind and patient man who always took time to answer my questions and kept me abreast of my childrens’ treatment progress during appointments.Due to Dr Kebsch’s skill level and reputation he is in high demand making his practice very busy, however his team are friendly, highly organised and super accommodating should your child require immediate attention by Dr Kebsch. During the duration of treatment for both of my children, booking or rescheduling an appointment was always a stress free process.My childrens’ teeth are aesthetically perfect, however the true judges are non associated dentists and dental hygienists. Each time a new member of dentistry staff look into either of my childrens’ mouths, they ask who the orthodontist was and comment on how ‘perfect’ their respective bites are. For me, this confirms outstanding orthodontic results achieved by Dr Kebsch and makes me extremely happy for my children.Again, a heartfelt thank you to Dr Kebsch and his team from the Gordon family. I'm so thrilled with the results of my treatment with Dr Kebsch and the team at BVO.We explored all the options and decided on fixed ceramic braces for best results. The treatment length was only 14 months and Dr Kebsch was focused on getting things perfect while making sure I was at ease and kept informed.Braces aren't the most pleasant experience, and I felt nervous about my appearance with them as an adult. Payment, advice, the treatment itself, appointment scheduling and aftercare were all made easy and (as mush as possible!) pleasant by Dr Kebsch and his lovely team.My dentist is very impressed, and I think that says it all. I can't thank Dr Kebsch enough.Mark and the team at BVO have been amazing over the last year I've been seeing them!From consult to finished result, Mark and his team have been always been so kind, caring and a pleasure to see every few weeks/months.Mark genuienly cares about his patients and makes sure your teeth are perfect! You will be happy with the result before he is happy! This is how much he cares!My treatment took a little longer than anticipated but this was because Mark wanted my teeth to be perfect, so we had to get a few new sets of Invisalign aligners made up to get my teeth in the beautiful shape they are today.I highly recommend Dr Kebsch for your orthodontic needs.As a woman of almost 30 and working full time, Monday to Friday (9-5), it is almost impossible to get an appointment in the early morning or late evening because you're competing with the school kids, but Sue and Mark made it work everytime and were so accommodating.Thank you so much Mark and the team for everything!
