DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS they do not care about the customers nails, there is no duty of care, you are just a number,. The technicians are untrained, they teach each other and that is not best practice in the least when you are paying $60 plus dollars to get your nails done. Your nails will be drilled thin by overuse of the drill, they do not take the sufficient time for the soaking to remove the sns or acrylic nor do they take the time it takes to carefully remove the product so as to not damage the nail, instead they over drill, l was treated with disdain by the man that works there, clearly he does not like his job, its just a money making venture. Nail salons like these need to be regulated for professionalism, cleanliness, there is no autoclave and they do not use a nail file for each client, like their sign states, false advertising and they are not trained professionals in nail care methods. Unfortunately the women who attend these salons are not in the least bit aware of what over drilling does to their nails. I suggest you read the bad reviews as what happened to one lady reviewer was the exact same experience l had. They should not be in business. How a business person can lock you in the shop when you complain about the standard of work is beyond me, l should have reported this man to the police, his practices are illegal, see the below Nicole one star review, that is what exactly happened to me.

My pedi was so relaxing - the mature woman gave me a great leg and foot massage. Good nails too. Would recommend a pedicure with shellac for sure

Bit disappointed the pedi spa I went for jets were not working. No massage, they tried to change price when the prices were on the wall clear as day, $5 cheaper if you pay cash Infil on fingers were actually good didn’t cut my skin with the drill infil did cost less then a pedi spa however should of settled with painting my toe nails as that’s basically all I got.. so

worst place to get pedicure done. the massage chair was uncomfortable and it’s sent even working.The water was cold, no salt was put in and she didn’t have the jet going.there was two ladies and loudly talking in their language. i got a headache sitting there and waiting for the nail polish to dry. Plus the work done on my nails was poorly done. Never going back. save your money, don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER EVER GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE !!!!!!! NEVER NEVER I warn everyone so it doesnt happen to them what happened to me.---I asked for a full set of nails,and they were terrible the worst set of nails i have ever had done. Due to the poor quality i asked them to remove the set as i wasnt happy due to the poor quality and service. I then said im happy to pay for the removal when i was at the counter and then both the man and lady started yelling at me and im pregnant too which i became frightened, i tried to explain that i was happy to pay the $20 for removal they wanted me to pay $40. They then locked me in the shop by pulling the roller door down continuing to yell at me and demand i pay $40. I was forced to pay $40 and i left there crying, with no nails and a whole alot of stress. Please people dont go here they are intimidating and hace poor quality of nails and service.

Absolute rip off $65.00 for infills never paid that before. No nail art and nothing special. Never go there and please spread the word. Go to qcenter only$50.00 great service

Best nails on the coast! I love going here, they are so nice and they actually appreciate your business. They are not over priced they are the same price as most places but you get what you pay for and they do a great job! They always make me and my two children feel welcome and we all know how good it is to get your nails done when you can bring your kids!! Thanks again see you Saturday for Infills! :)

The service at Kabi Nails is always outstanding. They are polite, efficient & always fit you in in a timely manner. I have requested a booking outside of normal hours & they have been happy to accomodate where possible.My nails are on point each time I leave & last up to 3 weeks without chips or breaks before I have to return.I have also had my eyebrows done here & it was the best shape I have had in a long time.

I came to the salon to have pedicure done. 2 staff members present, one getting her nails done by the other staff. One attended to my pedicure, while they talk in their own language. The person doing my pedicure was rude and disgruntled as if I disturbed them what they’re doing. Talking rudely, as if she was annoyed that I didn’t hear her in the first instance when he asked me to put my foot up. After completing the pedicure, she just left me and they went back to doing their nails, did not say anything- I waited for a long time - thinking that one of them will come back. It was taking so long, nail polish all dry- so I decided - just to remove the toe separator, paid and left.Extremely no customer service skill

Awful experience. Very rushed job with paint all on my fingers and cuticles. Manager man told me 55 on the phone when I booked, then tried to overcharge me 65 at the end and when I tried to discuss this with him he got aggressive. They also ask for cash only, when they have a working eftpos machine. I recommend taking your business elsewhere
