Luke and his crew are always prompt and professional. Exceptional finished product.

They came in lift the old tiles, they tried to up-sell me on a total flooring flood and didn’t finish the job (photos attached). There were concerns about pipes in the slab (there was a plumber on site 2m away the whole day that sorted it for them) and they charged me for a job unfinished. I now have to hire a jackhammer from Kennards to finish their job myself, not to mention the stress because they have impacted every other trade. Found another person, will finish their job and do a total floor prep for 1/4 of the price they wanted to charge me.

At last a contractor that delivers what he promises. Gave us an estimated price, however the job didn't take as long as expected, so the final invoice was lower than quoted. Did a great job, cleamed up and took all rubbish away. Would use again in a heartbeat.
