Both the guys were really friendly and efficient, they always double checked things as well.

Mostafa and Shayan were very good and did an amazing job. They really care about your stuff.

Harry and John were on the ball. They lifted the heavy stuff up 3 flights of stairs exactly as I needed them to.

We were so disappointed. Prior to the moving day everything was fine, except my confirmation email said 2 BR when it was 4+office. I called to clarify and ask for a bigger truck. They confirmed a 6tonne was available. I asked them to come at 8am which they said was fine. Come moving day they are late, turns out it's actually any time between 8 and 10am for arrival. Then they arrived with a 4.5 tonne truck. It wasn't the contractors fault as they were given the instruction for a 2 bedroom home! (Despite me clarifying days before). When we called to request a larger truck they basically refused and then told us we'd be charged for all their mistakes. They finally agreed to send a slightly larger truck after hours of phone calls. And then sent a much larger truck instead which couldn't get up our driveway. They then told us we would have to pay a cancellation fee or WE DRIVE our furniture down the driveway to load onto the truck (our drive is about 80m). They were impossible to deal with for insurance before the fact also - super hard to get a hold of someone in insurance, kept being put through to different departments who never answered the phone or called back, then finally got through and they wanted a completely itemised list of every single belonging we own and the approximate costs which is so unrealistic.To make it worse customer service was all outsourced overseas which made it really hard to correspond and there were huge communication issues.Their best offer to rectify our issues was a discount of 1 hour, when the whole situation was costing us an additional 6 hours because we were moving over an hour away.We would never recommend this company. They are not worth it. They made an already stressful day so much worse. The only saving grace was Manly Removals who were contracted under them and were really helpful and sympathetic to the situation.If we could have given zero stars we would.

They were efficient and very careful with my furniture. I really appreciated the care they took. Both men were friendly and helpful.

They don't do removal and storage. You need to get separate storage, which may be fine for some but not useful for me

The Iraqi boys were very respectful and did everything we asked with pleasure and never complained. Thanks boys much appreciated

I have had the girlfriend" of one of the removalist contact me directly leaving threatening and abusive voice messages and texts. I have filed a complaint with police."
