Mrs and i spent $58 to sit and wait to watch our food be made and left to cool down almost completely, before the last item was made. So we left with cold everything.Seriously lacking and it wasn't even that busy, also how does a chicken joint run out of chicken? As we were leaving we over heard a staff member say as such.

Terrible. Watched part of our order sit on the counter for almost 15 mins. It was cold when they finally bought it to the table. We sent it back. Online ordering system crashes. Wait staff very poor. 45 mins to get our complete order. 25 mins longer than their estimated time. Don't do it. One star only because it wouldn't let me write anything unless I gave it something. No surprise that I couldn't find a place to give feedback on the Nandos website.

Came in tonight, running about half an hour behind on all orders wasn’t aware before came half an hour to pick up my order, no one was wearing any kind of hair net, a lot of face touching wiping noses from lady packing up food! Toilets were absolutely disgusting and over flowing, very poor hygiene! I added bacon, cheese and onion to my wrap pie extra for this and never got it also took out tomato and had plenty of that in my order! Food was stone cold.

Made my order wrong for pick up...called store 10 times no answer..customer service longggg wait...decided to go to the store for replacement... Pari the girl work there was superrrr rude & giving excuse that store was very busy..though store was not busy at all.. therefore i decided to get refund as she was rude. Emailed customer service... requested them 4 a call back but never get one... Baldivis store staff - should replace staff.

Been ordering Nandos from here on average once a week for about 5 years now, usually delivery through their app. Not once did they ever put napkins or sauce sachets in my bag or follow my written instructions of extra basting. Well they must be under new management or taken the countless number of complaints from others on board because the last two orders I made in the past fortnight I had heaps of basting, napkins and sauce sachets in my bag. 5 stars for now but it could just be a very lucky run. We'll see. It's the little things that make customers happy.

I would like to just say the staff were very accommodating and wonderful. Great job.BUT, why is there no cashier ?????????????????????????Please bring back the cashier position. It was not easy to order 6 peoples orders on the app :/ we almost left due to this.While we were ordering we witnessed over 15 others leave as they didn't have a phone to order.Please accommodate to those that don't have a phone.

$13 for a roll , lettuce , and tomato, with something that resembles a chicken nugget... then burn the garlic flat bread. Pick up your game, this is 9/10 your food is sub standard. Don't even know how you are still in businessDec 2022 update - And wow!!! Hadn't ordered for months and thought, give em another try... omg completely wrong order. Chicken instead of pretender... no avocado when was ordered... you lot are beyond a joke ! What an absolutely pitifull excuse f9r a business!
