Fantastic Furniture
Well positioned on the edge of the CBD with plenty of parking. Huge variety of furniture on display and friendly helpful staff that will not pounce on you as you enter the store. Did some comparison shopping and found their prices were better than other places. Definitely worth a look.

Fantastic Furniture
A good range but I visited at 9am, no customers, and three staff were on the computers. I circled the store three times, passing by the counters each time. No one acknowledged me, let alone asked if I would like assistance, until I brought the side tables I selected to the counter. I’m an older lady and had two small children in tow. I would have appreciated someone offering to take them to the car. Very poor service.

Fantastic Furniture
INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I have to give the biggest compliments to these staff members. Simon (out the back), Chris and Tegan (in store).I had to take a massive 2hr trip to pick up a chair and these staff members were so helpful in every way and made my experience delightful and worth the trip. One of the best things about this location is the collection point, its a massive shed at the back so while we’ve been having all this rain having a covered pickup was so nice.One thing I must express is my disappointment in the new policy’s as a long time customer the new rules and policies have made things so much more difficult than they use to be.

Fantastic Furniture
Dropped in quickly before closing for some new shelving for my kitchen. In and out in 10min with the goods. Sales staff and back dock staff ultra friendly. Really great service!

Excellent customer service by both Samantha (Store Manager) and Tegan.There had been an error with our order and they went out of the way to fix it up and get it sorted. Easy process and helpful all the way. 5 stars for sure!!

Always some great options here for quick updates and styling of homes in preparation to sell. Pillows galore and paintings too, I also loved the extra fabric treatment option as well

Fantastic Furniture
Bought some furniture for my 6yr old sons bedroom. Great Price, excellent delivery guy. Now I have put flat pack furniture together for a job for a couple of years for Big W, Target, KMart and Bunnings so I have significant experience. The furniture ordered that came from Malaysia was the best I have ever assembled. Clear instructions, quality fittings and excellent additional support for draws that really make a difference. The one piece that was made in China was no where near as good, but still of acceptable quality.
