Called Peter on a Saturday morning, Peter arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue and resolved very quickly. Very kind, professional and provided advice/direction of what steps I should take if a similar issue occurred again.Sunday morning, the same thing happened (not relating to Peter’s work, I called Peter and asked for some advice, he talked me through what to do and this was resolved.Absolutely recommend, honest about the work he does and gets results and also fair prices! Unlike some of his competitors, Peter was completely honest and confirmed that our Fisher and Paykel washing machine just needed a new suspension kit. Peter truly impressed me, as not only was he able to immediately source the genuine suspension kit, he was also able to come that very same day to install it for a very reasonable price.
