If only I could give more than 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Amazing cake, exceeded my expectations from service, communication and delivery. I had no idea what I wanted and left it for Buttercream Co Bakery to be creative.. I was left speechless and in awe of this creation, and a bonus being that the cake was just the yummiest. You are so talented!!Thank you so much for everything. I can't wait for our next order with you.

Ordered a birthday cake from Buttercream Co as a surprise for my fiancée and I was beyond impressed with the outcome! It was a pleasure to communicate with Neda and she was very accommodating to the requests I had made, while providing suggestions of her own.

My wedding cake fell on the floor within 45 minutes of it being assembled, in front of my 150 guests.And then all ownership of this structural fault was denied by Buttercream Co, despite the cake almost immediately being on a lean upon completion.I was offered a $300 voucher, which I of course don’t want after mediocre communication in the lead up to my event (asked for final payment before even seeing my cake design. Not being told the cost of cupcakes for wedding cake taste box before collection, there are other examples here too). The cost of the cake was $1300. Which, to repeat, ended up in the floor.There weren’t any support structures (dowels etc) used to support the 1.2m cake. Buttercream Co also said the venue moved the cake. They didn’t. She then said that they should have moved the cake. So either way blame was denied by Buttercream Co.I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone and since this event, her company has been banned by my prestigious Yarra valley wedding venue.Edit to add: weird how my cake didn’t fall but I have photos and videos of it being cleaned up off the floor within an hour of it being assembled. Thanks for still not taking any responsibility of my clearly poorly made cake.

I haven't yet gotten anything from here. However, I can definitely say that Neda has great communication and customer service! I am interested in ordering a cake for my sister, since Neda is booked out the weekend I need the cake in, she recommended other cake shops and was extremely helpful and kind! Thank you! Will definitely buy from here another time!

Buttercream Co Bakery created the most amazing unicorn birthday cake and cupcakes for my little girls 2nd birthday. Everyone raved about how delicious it all was ! I’m eating some now with a cuppa whilst I write this review..so yum!!Communication about the order was also 10/10, responses were prompt and very helpful in helping me decide on flavours and design. So grateful, especially when I’d had trouble with other business who didn’t even respond to my initial inquiries.Highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed.

Neda was fantastic at replying quickly and helping sort the details for some baby shower cupcakes. COVID restrictions meant we had to cancel our order the first time, but we were able to get back on track a month later. Neda showed great integrity when she'd realised I'd overpaid and arranged a timely refund for me. The cupcakes were beautiful, tasty and were a hit with my guests. Very happy with her service!

I order my cakes from the best cake goddess in the world! I’ve been ordering from Neda for 5+ years! Not only does she make everything look more than I could imagine, but the taste is better than the look!
