Great Staff very helpful , 110% better than Rockingham store. Just a pitty empty boxes on display & product not in stock ? Very Disappointing.... if product not in stock don't display the box !!!!

Shopped here on Christmas eve of all days this year and despite being busy we were greeted by Taylor who then proceeded to be very helpful and did a fair bit of running around for us whilst juggling other customers like a boss. Thanks Taylor, and thankyou EB. MERRY CHRISTMAS

I purchased an Elite Controller Series 2 for my Xbox in August 2020, was sold the EB Care extra warranty, I purchased it as this was the 3rd controller I was buying due to Stick Drift issues. Low and behold I have now got the stick drift problem again. Went into the Warnbro store, spoke with Jordan, who actually sold me the controller and EB Care plan at the Rockingham store in 2020.I was informed that the warranty I had purchased had finished and that the controller was not covered by warranty anymore and I could not get a repair. This was news to me given that the controller had a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty.EB Care supposedly runs along side the manufacturer warranty, meaning I wasted $59 on an additional year of warranty which took me to August 2022. Had I known that this was the case, I would not have purchased any additional warranties, despite knowing that I would no doubt run into the same issue. Also my understanding of warranties and guarantees is that no retailer can over-ride manufacturer warranty with their own version of warranty, therefore I was under the assumption that my EB Care plan would have begun when the Manufacturer warranty ran out on the product, something which is not clearly stated in their EB Care terms and conditions. It very loosely states, that EB Care begins from the date of purchase, but mentions nothing about replacing manufacturers warranty, even though it did exactly that.4th controller down, yet another let down by the stores customer service and their warranty. I will not purchase a single product from EB Games full stop. Not just the Warnbro store, but EB Games in general. Massive SCAM artists.*** This review would be 0 stars if it would let me ***

Prices are average here, still missing a few things games wise, but good if you want to pre order the up and coming newest game release

As you would expect, EB has a good range of games. Its a nice clean store and the pricing is fairly average in comparison to similar outlets. I didn't consider the school holidays when I went and it turned out there were lots! of kids there. I chose to return a different day and got the gift I was after :)

Wouldn't price match a product from a competitor despite showing proof of price and stock. Literally had an email from another store and a physical print out of a quote, apparently wasn't good enough for them. Drove down the road to Rockingham EB and they were happy to help straight away, no hassle at all. Go there instead!

Always has a wide variety of stock. Staff are always so nice and caring, and you can always have a good chat with them. They can help you find games you may want to play or for any general game knowledge. I've been going to EB Games Warnbro ever since it came, and I've never once had an issue in returning old games or any broken hardware I get from them.

After purchasing a new xbox one x at the Rocky store, my code for a game was defective for a game. I call them back and they said they couldn't do anything and I had to call their support... looks like after the sale was done, so was their service.Useless...Anyway, I went to the EB games in Warnbro and spoke to the young dude with the smiley on his name tag.Within 5 minutes, it was all checked, confirmed and sorted out.I will definitely be going back to this store solely because of the help I received and the lack of just fobbing me off...Great store. Great staff.
