It's too bad you can't give negative stars. I was a tenant being managed by Jamie Loh Realty. I can't think of what went well. To think of a few examples:- Initial inspection not finished for over 6 weeks after a moved in and full of flaws.- Inspections scheduled without notification (both rental inspections and viewings).- Maintenance requests not being dealt with (I ended up fixing faulty light switches, leaking roof, leaking taps, garden retic, broken tiles on roof, draws in the kitchen, cabinetry in the laundry, draws in the bathroom.- Miscommunication (I'm being nice here, most would have called it dishonesty).- Bond increase never lodged.- Bond returned late.Incredibly unprofessional. May have had a bad experience and been unlucky, if that's the case, they wracked up enough doozies that everybody else dealing with them over that 2 year period would have found them delightful. I'm a landlord of a number of other different properties, and have also rented for years and this was without doubt my worst experience with an agent to date. By far. I took a look at their other reviews. An amazing coincidence that Jenny who gave five stars shares the name of Jamie Loh's office manager! And I wonder if Annie Loh is related to Jamie? Hmmm.

We have no hesitation in recommending Jamie Loh to sell your property. Having commissioned him to sell our Mt Claremont property, he provided clear advice on how to prepare the house, suggested a price range that made sense to us that was clearly market based. Arrogant and agresive after you sign the contract. Had to take them to court because of fake claims. Won the case. The owner of the house was shocked, said never been informed about it. We got some financial compensation about it , but the nerves and time spent on it can't be recovered. Horrible expressions whit this people, stay away !
