It has been a fantastic journey to purchase my new Volvo S60 from Woodley. Sales manager Tim and Finance manager Neel are super helpful, promopt response, great service. From the first email and phone call with Tim, visually inspect the car, arrange finance with Neel, till the car is delivered to my home in Adelaide today. The whole journey is super smooth, extremely happy with my new car and service. Will definitely do business with these boys again in the future. 5 Stars for sure.

Needed to get a VW genuine part in a hurry, to get my transporter back on the road. Agreed to the part being freighted over night from Sydney to Tamworth, and then via local freight to the closest Post Office. They posted the part rather than freight.which sent it back to Sydney l might see the part sometime next week

I was happy with my second-hand vehicle purchase with Woodley's, yet disappointed with the Volkswagen service I received on Friday. I sent an email clearly asking the team to replace the leads coming off the battery terminals which were damaged and quite unsafe. After bringing my car in for the day from Sydney, I received an invoice saying everything was good to go with the battery leads, although after a second inspection with my dad, the job hadn't been done. The invoice wasreadjusted, but as a customer, who wants to feel safe when driving their car, it was a bit worrying that jobs like this can go unattended to, specifically when you've requested for it to be done. I would have just rather been given the news that it couldn't be done because of the lack of parts, or that it was a miscommunication between staff orMyself. I walked away confused and annoyed.

Very disappointed went in couple mths ago was offered maybe $27,000 for my car from Mazda then offered $24,000 from Honda then yesterday go into suburu get offered $21,000 at looking to buy a $63,000 car how can different valuers come up with different prices always check ur tradein price on old car biggest mistake I made wish I did check now miss my old car

This dealership don't care about their customer. I purchased a car from them with extended manufacturer warranty, extending my car's warranty to 5 years. 3 months before the warranty expired, coolant valve leaked. Asked if this will be covered under warranty, they claimed there is no record" of me having purchased the extended warranty. Emailed them the letter proving my purchase and got no reply. Had my car serviced with them since brand new. During this last visit

Had previously been there and found a vehicle I wished to purchase. When I went there ready to make the purchase I was ignored by sales staff. One even walked away from me and was extremely rude. They had obviously sold to many cars that day. I tried to find someone to help me as I really wanted to purchase this vehicle but could find no one except a young bloke washing cars. An extremely poor service. I have purchased a similar vehicle elsewhere and would never deal with these people again despite having purchased my last three vehicles from Woodleys. I would not recommend this dealership at all. They are appalling.

Worst experience. Would not recommend ever going here.My audio unit stopped working in my car so my partner had a look, said it wasn’t a fuse. Took it to Tamworth from narrabri to get looked at, asked if they could take it apart as I knew it wasn’t a fuse. Waited 3 hours for them to call me and say it isn’t a fuse can we take it off to have a look at an additional charge.They took the head unit off and then told me it’s broken and the whole head unit needed to be replaced. Said they would send me a quote and then I could order it in, took 2 months to send me the quote, told me it would take 6 months for the head unit to arrive.I have rang up multiple times trying to pay to order the head unit in, every time they tell me they will call back and don’t. It’s now been 12 months and they still haven’t ordered it in.Decided to go through a different dealership in Inverell and they ordered the head unit for me the same day I requested it, for a better price and told me it will arrive at maximum in 2 weeks.Thanks Woodleys for wasting 12 months of my time.

My recent experience with Woodleys Motors service was terrible.I received very poor customer service (calls not returned) that left me continually out of the loop any progress.To save a number of weeks wait for parts, i sourced new parts myself for the garage to fit (twice). Stressful for a lady in her 70’s without mechanical knowledge.After 3 weeks I was advised that my campervan/motor home was repaired and as an aside, that it appeared to have been broken into.It had been totally ransacked!I contacted police who questioned why I and not the garage was lodging a report.I dealt with police and insurance and corresponded with Mercedes Benz Australia ( I have yet to hear back from them).I suspect my van had been left unlocked on the forecourt by an employee at some stage. At $200 per hour I expected a more professional experience and am continuing to explore my legal position.

A lot of dramas with a Volkswagen service. Apparently we had the best mechanic working on the car, yet..1. The back reversing light bulb was meant to be replaced (and written on paperwork it was all tested and working), after we picked up the light wasn't working, took it back and they fixed same day. Perhaps it was just a coincidence that the bulb blew again.....but unlikely.2. Got 10min down the road the next day for a 4.5 hour trip and coolant had leaked and car was undriveable. Had to get a car trailer late in evening to get it back to town. Husband inspected car and hose had been installed incorrectly by Volkwagen. Took car back again and husband showed the mechanic the issue and Volkswagen fixed it again and paid for trailer cost. We had to stay extra nights in Tamworth while waiting for parts.3. Got home to QLD (4.5 hours away) and car had slow leak on coolant. Had to take car to nearest Volkswagen dealer 50min away to get fixed. Again Woodley's fault - had used silicone sealant instead of replacing O rings. Woodleys also covered the cost of this.Basically the actual service on the car was awful. On the plus side Rachel was good to deal with (Hence 2 star rating not one! for good customer service) and they covered costs incurred to repair their mistakes. However a lot of hassle and inconvenience and it meant not having a car for many weeks.
