Had so much trouble with them they said 2 weeks. I came to them in 3 weeks wasn't even done not only that they couldn't find the order and every time you there the shops is always closed and you got to call them.

The photos are amazing and worth the money. If you are looking for something different to put up in your house or just an awesome photo, this is the place.

Came to Healesville from Adelaide for the new years weekend and thought we would take the opportunity to go into the city just for the iris photos as there isnt a place for this in Adelaide. We called up on saturday the 31st to check if you were open monday the 2nd of Jan 2023 and if we needed to book, we were told no booking needed and open from 11am to 6pm.Come monday morning 11.45 after an hour and 16 minute train trip and 20 minute walk to the shop we saw a note operating out front of H&M" so after another 15 mins walking around looking I called up confused to find out whats going on and ask if opened

The photo quality and service was great and we love our eye photos. However, they tried to sell us a $12 kmart frame for $40... I understand a 100% mark up to maybe $24.... but I think $40 is a bit wrong.... I think that a good business move would be to throw in the frame for free. The eye photos are already so expensive... so throwing in a $12 frame wouldn't hurt

absolutely amazing work, the employees were so nice when my boyfriend and i came to have our photos done, they were so good at keeping me updated on when we’d be sent out our photos and even delivered a week ahead of schedule, they look amazing and i can’t wait to put them on my wall!
