Thank you to the team at Fitness in Sussex you have simply been nothing but amazing with making feel welcome in your gym. The girls Abby and Julianna have been nothing but absolute legends and always have a smile on their face. Outside of this your prices are ridiculously cheap compared to any other gym I have ever seen I don’t know how you do it. If anymore is looking for a gym and want to support local family businesses this is the place to be!!!!

Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Most of the equipment has surface rust. A lot of the equipment is outdated. The women's bathroom isn't very accessible and at the top of a steep flight of stairs. So if you're using the gym to recover from an injury you're just gonna have to hold it.Unsanitary conditions. Black mold. There are so many gyms in the area with state of the art equipment that charge the same weekly fee. I don't know how they get away with charging $15 a week.

Great place for a casual workout, especially at $5 a visit! Fills a good local niche. Note $10 minimum if paying by card. Very friendly environment, plenty of the right equipment. Equipment isn't the newest, but is totally functional and well-maintained - let's keep in mind you're there to use the equipment not look at it, a few surface blemishes do not reduce the value of this facility esp when you don't need to pay for an ongoing membership!

Great gym! For only $5 entry, you get access to everything, it's always kept clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the people working out there are nice as well. My favourite part is that they're not just trying to snag you into a long contract from the moment you enter the building like some bigger chain gyms.

I visited this gym after 3 long years of not exercising due to Covid-19 and other health issues. A lovely man named Hace who worked there made me feel very safe and comfortable. I didn’t stay too long but was extremely happy with the service and equipment available, I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Went to the gym for the first time yesterday, absolutely amazing equipment. Staff allowed me to feel safe and comfortable while working out. Thanks to Hays and his son Salah I will now be a regular

Not sure why everyone raving about it it's small and expensive. Just go to Derrimut Coolooroo gym . Les that 1$ per day, 315$ per day... has spa, ufc cage, boxing ring, basketball court, rock climbing. Sauna. And anything you imagine from equipment
