I was told to pick up Monday, came back Monday dress wasn't ready came back Tuesday dress wasn't ready came back Wednesday dress was scrunched up in a ball on a chair ready to be ironed.Got home still had pins in it and not sown in certain areas. Explained what I wanted to the lady but then a man ended up doing it. Not what I asked for. Will be unpicking and sewing again myself.

We had two school dresses hemmed. One was new so was pinned at desire length. The other had hemming tape which we just wanted sewn at that length. Both were taken up to the first dress that was pinned length which made second dress 7cm shorter then needed making it too short to wear. Did try and message through Facebook but message was viewed but no reply.

Place has gone downhill since the manager left! I took my jeans in to get shortened 1inch, they took 4 inches offWorst experience ever
