The pest control may be good but the customer service is deplorable. I rang up to get some information and the woman I spoke to was the most rude person I have ever encountered.She was fine at first but then kept raising her voice and constantly talking over the top of me. In the end I couldn't get a word in so gave up.What a terrible first impression for what might be a good company.I went elsewhere and so glad I did.

The pest control guy did not turn up at all on the day booked despite us having taken the day off work. There was no call at all to us. When we rang to ask what was happening the staff were unapologetic, rude aggressive and dismissive. Never again. Avoid!
