The Cheesecake Shop

We ordered a black forest custom birthday cake which tasted and looked amazing! All the guests loved it and said how fresh and delicious it was. Thank you for your great service and kindness. We will be back again.

Yesterday i went to cheesecake shop as i has always been. I have gone to this shop for more then 4 years and i have always noticed the wife and husband works there they’re not friendly people they out without even saying hello or hi to their customers just to you what do you want?It has not bothered me for all this years because i I assumed that maybe that was their behaviour and manners!But yesterday i went there for another birthday cake for my grandson and noticed they have $5 dollars discount if you pay full cake . Before paying asked the man if can have $5 dollars off as they have promised with printout voucher while i was holding the card in my hand.The man was very rude to me saying this card is not for you it’s for the office if you’re looking for cheap call the office okay!I was very embarrassed and ashamed because of this man!I will not recommend any to this shop never again because of experience I went through yesterday 29/10/2022 at 2 pm.Not happy Jane!!

Went to the shop for a last minute cheesecake, the guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly and help me select the cake. The cake was delicious and my whole family really enjoyed, I would definitely visit again!

I have bought many cheesecakes from this shop and they are so fresh and delicious. Always friendly service with a smile. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend the Brookies, very dense and hard, not soft as I’ve had at many other places. The cakes are good as always though a wide variety only available in store, not many options for the delivery side of things.

The worst cheesecake shop I have even been to . I ask the staff ( Fu ) does the tiramisu contain any cream cheese in it .. and he rudely say ( the only cheesecake they have are the top one ) . And I also ask him while I buy the cake does it comes with any cooler pack cause outside is so hot, and he just quite and ask me to come over the counter and read the sign . I can’t image also the way the pack the cheesecake , cheesecake without under layer ..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHEESECAKE STORE….. NEVER COME BACK !!!!!

I used the Cheesecake Shop Heidelberg for my bridal shower cake. For the price (was quoted at least double everywhere else), I was really pleased with the cake and it looked & tasted great on the day.

I have been to this shop several times and I was always happy with both cake and staff
