Recently bought a fridge from this company. Delivered within 24hrs took our old fridge away for $25.Contacted them due to a fault. Mark had someone come out in less than 24hrs and when they couldn’t fix they replaced the fridge no questions asked. They had brought a replacement just in case.The reason I choose this company was because of the warranty and good google reviews. Highly recommend, first class after sales care. The team were amazing. So responsive and helpful. We had a slight issue with one of the 3 appliances (not sure if it was the machine or how we installed it) but they offered fast and affordable and free solutions immediately, and swapped it a few days later. We have 3 amazing Fischer and pykel appliances and couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

Fantastic service, very friendly and informative. Organised an out of hours delivery for me given the urgency of the order whilst removing my old fridge in the process.Highly recommended and I would not hesitate using them again!

Customer service is not something this company practices nor do they follow their own policies on their own website.I have arrived to see my cousin to find her very upset to say the least.she has spent the day trying to call and text this company, they have hung up on her and refused to answer any text messages.They arrived late(which was fine), delivering a dryer.The delivery man had used a trolley, pulling chunks up and scratching the kitchen floor. Then proceeded to drag it through a doorway damaging the entire side of the fridge. He installed the dryer, moving the washing machine , disconnecting all tubes. He left and nothing was working. She spent most of the night moving things around herself, redoing all the tubes, etc .As most of us know, owning a business comes with responsibilities, provide the service you advertise, attend to your customer needs and take responsibility for your staff. MOST IMPORTANTLY....lead by example! Hanging up on clients is just being a coward.
